Dear Raul: The Raul that I know would be in his fifties. Other than that I think that unless all of your family lives in Hendry County that you would not have a chance in hell. Hendry county is still run by the good old boys and girls and unless you grew up here you don't have a chance of winning. I don't mean to sound negative I am just speaking from experience. Besides if you lose they will make your life here miserable. They don't take to outsiders unless you are brought in by family.

To whom my concern,
Hendry County hates outsiders. Well let me tell you all something. Do you know that 90% of the Deputy's that serve and protect in Hendry County are outsiders. Yet we sweat, we cry and we hurt just to make Hendry County Safe and this is what we get. You yourself would not have writen about the good old boys if you wasn't concerned about your good old boy County. Stand up and stop prasing these good old boy's your outsider Deputy's that enjoy working in Hendry County want a change and so do you. But your scared to stand up. So now I tell you instead of calling it a good old boy system make a change so that we the outsider deputy's can serve you better.
